Project collaboration
We place great emphasis on integration between theory and practice in our study programmes. Our students write many projects and theses in collaboration with public and private companies and organisations, where they deal with a specific problem.
The problem-based project work is a characteristic of Aalborg University's study programmes. The students get tools to independently acquire knowledge, skills and competences at a high professional level. The learning model is based on the fact that students learn best by using theory- and research-based knowledge actively in their work with problems.
Therefore - if you work in a company or public organization and work with a problem that lies within one of our educational areas (social work, sociology, criminology and vulnerable children), you are most welcome to contact the relevant study programme.
AAU on Demand
AAU on Demand is an exciting offer from Aalborg University to all the country's secondary education institutions (STX, HF, HHX, HTX, EUX). AAU students offer to take over the teaching when the teachers are out of the building, e.g. on a pedagogical day. AAU on Demand offers over 100 presentations on different topics from different AAU studies that are relevant to different high school subjects.
